General Conditions of Entry
By entering Odysseum, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry is at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for lost property, damage, or personal injury.
Respect for staff, fellow visitors, and our facilities is required at all times.
Inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with these conditions, without compensation.
Patrons under the influence of non-prescription drugs or alcohol will not be permitted entry.
These terms align with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2003.
Arcadium – Conditions of Entry
Arcadium features a variety of lighting and sound effects. Please observe the following guidelines:
Your pass grants access for a set duration; additional time can be purchased at reception.
Drinks and other liquids must not be placed on arcade machines.
If a machine is not functioning, please notify a staff member immediately.
The 'Start' button functions as a virtual coin for gameplay.
WiFi is not required for arcade machines.
Follow all posted arcade rules.
By entering Arcadium, you acknowledge these conditions and accept that we are not liable for lost property or personal injury.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises without compensation.
Odyssey Sensory Maze – Conditions of Entry & Safety
Odyssey Sensory Maze features special lighting effects, illusions, obstacles, and confined spaces. If you have any of the following conditions, please inform our staff before entry:
Claustrophobia
Pregnancy
Physical disability
Epilepsy
Heart conditions
Anxiety
Dizziness
Safety & Customer Guidance
Before entering, customers receive a safety briefing via video or in-person instructions.
Customers must read and agree to the maze rules before entry.
Handrails are provided in areas with uneven or unstable flooring.
No running is allowed—customers must walk slowly and carefully at all times.
Personal belongings must be stored at reception before entering.
Shoes are not allowed inside the maze.
Moving backwards within the maze is not permitted.
Swings inside the glass room are for sitting only—no swinging is allowed.
Customers are advised to keep their hands out in front of them at all times to avoid collisions with mirrors or walls.
Additional Safety Measures
Tripping and Falls:
Floors inside the maze may be slightly raised, uneven, or unstable.
Customers must walk carefully and use handrails where provided.
Some areas, such as the balloon room and forest section, have padded flooring for added safety.
Illusions and Low Lighting:
Dark environments and glass reflections may cause temporary disorientation.
Customers are encouraged to proceed with caution.
Physical Safety:
Artificial trees, logs, and foam noodles are part of the maze experience.
The balloon room, forest, and noodle room are padded to minimize impact.
Customers should report any sharp objects or hazards to staff immediately.
Medical Considerations:
The maze contains strobe lighting, artificial scents, plasma discs, and shock mats, which may trigger allergies or adverse reactions.
Customers with medical conditions should consult staff before entry.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Gloves and glasses are sanitized after each use to prevent contamination.
The maze is cleaned twice daily to maintain hygiene standards.

Doom Room is a horror-themed maze featuring dark environments, confined spaces, unsettling sounds, and horror effects.

Doom Room is recommended for ages 13 and above.
No refunds will be issued for early exits.

Security & Monitoring:
CCTV cameras are in operation at reception and inside the maze to ensure customer safety.
Staff monitor for any distressed visitors and provide assistance if needed.
Customer Footwear:
Customers must remove shoes before entering to protect flooring.
All personal belongings must be stored at reception.
Routine Checks & Cleaning:
The maze is inspected every 6 hours to remove any dropped items.
Cleaning procedures are in place to reduce bacteria and contamination risks.

Cancellation Policy
Online Reservations:
Odysseum Website:
Odysseum has a strict no-cancellation policy for all online reservations. Once a booking is confirmed, we do not offer refunds. Odysseum provides the flexibility to reschedule bookings to a later date or temporarily hold them if the preferred dates are yet to be confirmed.
If you are unable to attend your booking, you may transfer it to someone else. However, no refunds or modifications will be provided.
For any inquiries, customers must reach out via phone, email, or in-store.
Payments made on our website are non-refundable and cannot be refunded in-store.
Third-Party Websites:
For reservations made through third-party websites, Odysseum does not offer cancellations or refunds.
If you have paid full price for an activity through a third-party platform, we may offer the option to move the booking to another date and activity.
Bookings made for discounted time slots can only be rescheduled if the customer pays the difference to the original price.
Alternatively, customers may use the value spent on third-party websites for another Odysseum activity, provided they pay any price difference.
Walk-In Reservations:
All walk-in bookings are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled.
